Transworks among the top three in NASSCOM rankings
TransWorks emerged at the third position in the rankings of the top 15 third party ITES-BPO companies released by NASSCOM, the chamber of commerce and the voice of the IT software and services industry in India.
TransWorks Information Services, which last year acquired the Canada based Minacs Worldwide Inc, the country's largest BPO company, has revenues of US $ 350 million and 11,000 employees. It provides a complete blend of CRM services - inbound customer services, including technical support, email/web-chat support, outbound telemarketing and non-CRM KPO services including integrated marketing services, data and transaction processing etc. There are 28 facilities internationally, which include offices in US, Canada, UK, Hungary, Germany, India and the Philippines delivering full scope of services to global 1000 financial services, automotive, technology, telecom and e-services companies enabling a more competitive, responsive enterprise.
